About Us

We are a church making disciples of Jesus to see Tampa become a port city for the gospel.

These values are foundational. They guide our culture, decisions, and how we fulfill our mission.

We have four values.

  • We pursue people across every background and invite them to belong, be known, and become part of God’s family.

  • We help people grow in their faith, overcome fear and insecurity, know who they are in Christ, and confidently live out their calling.

  • We choose faith-filled obedience over comfort, trusting God enough to step into the unknown for the sake of His kingdom.

  • Through worship, prayer, Scripture, and community, we create space for people to encounter God’s presence and respond to Him.

We focus on three mission fields.

Reaching these fields helps accomplish our mission.

  • We reach the city by serving our neighbors and seeking its flourishing.
    We want to bring the hope of Jesus into the real needs of Tampa through justice, mercy, generosity, and tangible care for the unhoused, the vulnerable, and those who are often overlooked.

  • We reach the campus by making disciples among the next generation of leaders.
    With thousands of students from Tampa and around the world, we want to see students encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, and be equipped to carry the gospel into their future workplaces, communities, and cities.

  • We reach the nations by sending disciples beyond Tampa.
    We want Tampa to become a launching point for the gospel by raising up, equipping, and sending people to plant churches, make disciples, and serve among unreached and underserved communities around the world.

Our lead pastor is
Sage Rodrigo.

Sage is the husband of Mariah, father of four, and someone who spent years wondering why God kept drawing his family back to Tampa.

Now he knows.

His family has lived in Florida, North Carolina, and Texas. Every stop shaped them, but Tampa Bay never left their hearts. This city is growing, hungry, and ready, and they believe the most important thing they can do with their lives is plant a church that seeks to make disciples and send disciples.

This isn't a calculated ministry move. It's an act of faith. They're trusting God to build this house, and they're inviting anyone who feels that same calling to come build it with them.
